“Lung Nodule Management Guidelines"

  • Review how patient risk factors play a role in risk stratification and determining follow up interval
  • Identify patient populations in which the traditional Fleischer or LungRADs guidelines may not apply

Catherine Chisholm PhotoCatherine Chisholm, PA-C, is a physician assistant with the pulmonary department at the Cleveland Clinic specializing in the early detection and management of patients with lung nodules and lung cancer. She serves as the head Advanced Practice Provider for the Lung Nodule Program, where she plays a key role in multidisciplinary patient evaluation, early detection initiatives, treatment coordination, and patient education. With experience in thoracic oncology, she is committed to advancing evidence-based care, improving patient outcomes, and supporting innovation in lung cancer screening and survivorship. Her clinical interests include early lung cancer detection, smoking cessation, and pulmonary comorbidities including COPD/asthma.
