Kate Crawford HeadshotKate Crawford is an Associate Attorney at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. She advises clients on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, including state scope of practice laws and regulations; federal fraud, waste, and abuse analyses; and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements. Kate has represented a diverse array of health care clients, from advanced practice registered nurses and physician practices to trade associations, medical spas, and pharmacies. Her practice also includes counseling federally qualified health centers, child welfare providers, recovery home operators, and community behavioral health organizations.


Kackloudis Daphne LiDaphne Kackloudis is a business partner who helps health care providers implement effective business and practice strategies by navigating the rapidly changing health care regulatory, legal, and public policy landscape. With decades of experience in and around state government and health care operations, Daphne brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational experience, and policy knowledge to her work. Daphne’s background includes holding senior policy roles within the Ohio Department of Medicaid and C-suite roles driving operations, strategy, public policy, legal, and compliance initiatives. Daphne believes that a strong understanding of local, state, and federal health care policy is essential to delivering forward-thinking counsel.
