Registration Now Open for the 2025 PA Student Challenge Bowl
The PA Student Challenge Bowl will return this year, now joining forces with the OAPA Annual Conference!
Join in the fun on the afternoon and evening of Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris. This exciting academic competition invites PA student teams from Ohio's 17 PA programs to test their clinical knowledge in a fast-paced, game show-style format.
Designed to promote camaraderie, showcase medical knowledge, and engage the next generation of PAs, the event offers a fun and memorable experience for students and attendees alike.
Whether you're aiming to take home bragging rights for your PA school or just want to cheer the students on as an alum or supportive PA, this is a highlight of the conference you won't want to miss!
Here's the schedule for Thursday, October 23:
2:45-3pm: Team Registration
3-3:45pm: Welcome, Meet & Greet among teams, Game Rules and Instructions
3:45-4:15pm: Round 1 (3-4 breakout rooms)
4:15-4:45pm: Round 2 (3-4 breakout rooms)
4:45-5:15pm: Round 3 (3-4 breakout rooms)
5:15-5:45pm: Runner Up Round (for the lowest scoring teams)
5:45-7:00pm: Break for Networking Happy Hour
7:00-8:30pm: Final Rounds on the Main Stage
Registration is now open for Ohio PA programs interested in sending a student team.
- A team includes three players and one alternate, for a total of four students.
- Of the four students, one needs to be the Team Captain (to receive communications in advance on behalf of the team).
- There is a flat $195 fee per program to participate.
- The registration deadline is October 10.
