  • Formulate a plan to improve early identification of these cancers.
  • Determine possible causes of cancer in young adults.
  • Create a prevention strategy to reduce cancer in young adults.

Cheryl Geng headshotCheryl Geng has taught at the Ohio University Physician Assistant Practice Program for the 11 years. Her background as a PA is in family medicine, and she practiced with Mount Carmel Medical Group for 16 years. In 2021, she was awarded the Jerry A. Greco, PA-C Memorial PA Educator of the Year. Her interests are varied and include global health, infectious disease, and wilderness medicine.
