New Discount for OAPA Members - Remen Institute for the Study of Health and Illness (RISHI)

OAPA is pleased to announce a new benefit for members - discounted registration for RISHI Retreat and Training Workshops!

The Remen Institute for the Study of Health & Illness (RISHI) contributes to healing the culture of health care through innovative educational programs and the formation of supportive communities. Their programs provide innovative tools, practices, and resources to enable health professionals to sustain their service values, their humanity, and their passion for their work.

OAPA is excited to support PA health and wellness through encouraging attendance at RISHI programs, with the added benefit of discounted registration fees.

RISHI has agreed to provide OAPA members with a 10% discount on the following programs in 2025:

• Tending the Flame Retreat and Training Workshop – April 4-6, 2025
• Healer’s Art and Power of Nursing Faculty Development Workshop – July 9-13, 2025
• Conversations on Death Faculty Development Workshop – October 3-5, 2025

Access the benefit simply by registering for the event(s) on the RISHI website and we will provide verification of your current OAPA membership to the RISHI team upon request.
