A recent OAPA Region 6 & 7 dinner gathering was a huge success, so much so that it was nearly standing room only! PAs in attendance received timely clinical updates along with the latest OAPA news, while still leaving plenty of time to network and catch up with colleagues over a delicious meal.

As the PA profession continues to expand across Ohio, it’s important that OAPA adapts to change as well. To ensure fair representation, meaningful engagement, and responsible use of our volunteer and financial resources, this week the OAPA Board of Directors approved a thoughtful realignment of our regional boundaries.
PAEA Highlights a Critical Moment for PA Education
The U.S. Department of Education is now accepting comments on a rule that would significantly restrict access to federal student loans for PA students and other licensed, graduate-level health professions students. Ohio PAs are encouraged to weigh in on the proposed student loan rule to support PAEA's advocacy efforts on behalf of PA students.
Join AAPA in Preserving Access to Student Loans for Future PAs
AAPA has issued a statement in response to the Department of Education’s proposed rule that inappropriately excludes PA students from the higher federal professional student loan tier. To support PA students and strengthen the professional pipeline, Ohio PAs are encouraged to sign AAPA's petition.
