• Describe key qualities and teaching strategies that make preceptors impactful in the clinical education of PA students.
• Explain what PA students value most in their preceptors, based on student feedback and educational best practices.
• Identify common challenges faced by preceptors and develop practical solutions to enhance the learning experience for PA students.

Speaker Biography:

Teresa Groh, PA-C, began her career as a physician assistant in 2011 after graduating from the University of Toledo. She started in Emergency Medicine before transitioning to Family Medicine in 2013. In 2022, she joined the Mount St. Joseph University PA program as Principal Faculty and was promoted to Clinical Director in 2023.
