Advocacy Is Not Optional

Advocacy Is Not Optional

PAs are uniquely positioned to meet the growing demand for healthcare in Ohio. However, in Ohio, outdated practice laws limit what PAs can do, hindering access to care and workforce development. For Ohio’s PAs, advocacy must be a professional responsibility. Every PA in the state has a role to play in shaping the future of the profession.

Help Shape the Future of AI in Medicine: Participate in a Diagnostic Accuracy Study

Help Shape the Future of AI in Medicine: Participate in a Diagnostic Accuracy Study

Baylor College of Medicine is conducting a research study aimed at evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of artificial intelligence (AI) in generating and ranking differential diagnosis lists. This study will compare AI's performance to that of experienced clinicians, including MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs. By participating, PAs will contribute to a better understanding of AI's potential role in clinical decision-making and its ability to support diagnostic processes in common clinical scenarios. Eligible participants will be asked to rank 10 possible diagnoses for 3 case scenarios, from most to least likely. Your involvement will provide valuable insights into AI's capabilities and its potential impact on healthcare.
