We are seeking an individual that can provide care and compassion. This is a 3 day a week position, salary range is in the upper median range.

We believe that drug addiction should be treated like any other disease process – with proper technique, compassion and understanding. Unfortunately this philosophy is lacking in much of the medical community, but NOT at Embody Wellness. Come and experience the difference!

We provide the latest therapies available in the form of office-based opioid addiction therapy.

Responsibilities

• Manages the care and treatment of patients as indicated in the professional scope of practice and within current standards and protocols.

• Coordinate continuity of care. Assures appropriate care coordination is implemented for individual patients within an addiction medicine practice .

Requirements/Qualification

• Education : Successful completion of a physician assistant program that qualifies for certification status in Ohio.

• Willingness to obtain Waiver to prescribe in a OBOT setting and complete the State of Ohio Pharmacy Board training requirements.

• Licensure/Certification: Current licensure, certification or registration in the State of Ohio, National Certification Commission for Physician Assistant (NCCPA) certification.

• BLS provider certification

• DEA license

• Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills

• Self-directed professional with strong organizational skills
