EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Preferred: At least two years clinical PA experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Current Ohio license , DOT Certification for D.O.T. Physicals within 3 months of hire. Current DEA.
TRAITS & SKILLS : Must be self-directed / self-motivated; must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to see high volume of patients. Experienced with pediatric patients and procedures.
Work independently
Convey empathy and compassion to those experiencing pain, physical or emotional distress and/or grief.
Relate to others in a manner which creates a sense of teamwork and cooperation.
Communicate effectively with people from every socioeconomic, cultural and educational background.
